ORDERING INFORMATION










  • All items are stated in Singapore Dollars (SGD).
  • If you require items that are not found on our website, please contact us and we’ll check it out with our supplier for availability.
  • All fragile products will be packaged in bubble wraps to minimize damages during delivery.
    FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

    (Q) How can I make an order?
    (A) You can choose any of the following methods to place an order:
           (1) Quick SMS order to 98807434
           (2) Email order to pommehaus@gmail.com 
           (3) Fill up our simple Online Order Form.

    (Q) What payment methods are supported?
    (A) We currently only offer Bank Transfer to our POSB Savings account. Bank details will be provided in the Order Confirmation sent to your email. We hope to offer other payment types in the future. Please take note that it will take 1-2  working days for inter-bank transfer.

    (Q) What mailing service will you use for the delivery?
    (A) SingPost Normal postage will be used to deliver your ordered items. However, should you prefer to deliver your items by registered mail, it is also possible with an additional of $2.50/parcel. And don't worry, we do provide return address on the back of the mailing envelope. We also provide the option of using SmartPac at $4.20 for delivery up to 3kg if the order is bulky or huge.

    (Q) What is the lead time for my order to arrive at my given mailing address?  
    (A) We will send you a confirmation order within 1-3 working days upon submission of your online order form or email. The delivery will take around another 1-3 working days to reach your address after payment is made. Please take into account additional 1-2 working days for inter-bank transfers.

    Q) My delivered item is not the item I ordered/it is faulty, can I get a replacement?
    (A) For incorrect and faulty items, please email us immediately at pommehaus@gmail.com so we can make arrangements to send you the correct replacement. 

    Q) My order didn’t come through for some reason. What should I do?
    (A) Please email us details about your order for us to help you. Include your order number, ordered items and contacts and any other information you think may help us.

     
    Terms & Conditions
    Goods sold are non-exchangeable or refundable. PommeHaus will not be liable for any lost or damaged mails via normal mail if registered mail is not used. We try to fulfill all orders as much as we can, product colour/design will be randomly issued if no preference is indicated.
